Vendor & Exhibitor Information
You are invited to participate in Troutfest 2013 Expo and rent a booth. The Expo is hosted by GRTU (Guadalupe River Chapter of Trout Unlimited). TROUTFEST 2013, a Fly-Fishing Banquet and Exposition will be held on the Guadalupe River the 15th, 16th & 17th of February 2013 at the Rio Raft Resort 14130 River Road New Braunfels, TX 78132.
Troutfest Expo activities will take place on Saturday (2-5) pm February 16th and Sunday, the 17th, (9- 4) pm. This event is free to the public.
Troutfest is a fly fishing Banquet & Expo which will be the largest outdoor event of its kind in Texas. National vendors will bring their latest equipment for demonstration and admiration. Fly fishing experts Dave and Emily Whitlock, Ed Engle and youth fly fishing guru Tyler Befus will be on hand holding clinics, tying flys, leading discussions and performing on the water demonstrations. Youth is a big part of this event. Scout Troops and classrooms involved with Trout in the Classroom will be on hand as well as moms, dads, grand parents and fly fishing patrons. Fun is to be had by all. Free parking is available to all attendees and exhibitors.
As a vendor or exhibitor you should do well. Much publicity about this event is already taking place and will follow until it is complete. Food Vendors can sell food and drink during the day. Fly tiers will be on site giving demonstrations.
If you are a craftsman, fly tier, artist, rod maker, jewler, guide service, apparel retailer, fly fishing lodge, sporting goods retailer, or sell appealing items to fly fishers or their family members you want to exhibit in one of the booth spaces during Troufest. Men, women and children will be in attendance. The expo is free to all attendees.

Booth Space Available for Vendors/Exhibitors
There will be approximately 10,000 square feet of tent space available for vendors and exhibitors on Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 am. All vendors/exhibitors must be in their space and completely set up by 9:00 amSaturday. Space price is listed below:
$425 for 10X20 corner booth space
$375 for 10X20 booth space (standard)
$325 for 10X10 corner booth (standard)
$275 for 10X10 booth space (standard)
$225 for food vendors located outside of vendor/exhibitor tents. These areas will have power & water.
Bring your own tent and rent space for the weekend near the exhibitors.
10 X 20 space for $200
10 x 10 space for $150
Applications are subject to approval by the Troutfest Vendor Committee. You will be contacted after receipt of the application and check about the acceptance and assignment of your space.
Vendors are expected to have their booths in working order by 9:00 am each morning.
One table will be available for each tented space rented. Chairs cost $10 for the weekend. Let us know # of chairs if needed.
Full payment must be received for booth space with application. Should you need to cancel your payment is refundable 50% if cancellation is received by January 25th, 2013.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at Troutfest on Saturday or Sunday.
